Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Care Team. You will support our partners and players across our iGaming products, helping deliver a smooth and reliable user experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to maintaining high service standards and strengthening client satisfaction across our global markets. About Product: SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator A fast and cost-effective solution that allows you to integrate and manage casino gaming content easily. Learn More Purpose of the role: You will deliver timely and professional support to partners across our platforms to ensure a smooth and positive user experience. Your work will help resolve inquiries efficiently, maintain service quality standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty across our global markets.
