Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Partnership Manager to join our Game Aggregator team. We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who will play a key role in establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, driving business growth, and strengthening the value of the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator. About Product: Game Aggregator: The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a robust API that streamlines the content aggregation process for online casinos. Our experienced team is working hard to integrate the best game vendors in one place. Our clients enjoy the security and reliability of our product. Being a part of the Game Aggregator team means constantly challenging yourself and working with industry professionals to create one of the best aggregator solutions in iGaming. Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with game providers, negotiating strategic agreements, and ensuring smooth collaboration between all parties. By identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting seamless integrations, you will directly contribute to the growth and competitive edge of the Game Aggregator. Key responsibilities: • Communicate with partners on a daily basis, acting as their first point of contact. • Discuss details of ongoing cooperation with partners (game providers), representing the company’s interests in terms of commercial conditions and technical implementation (coordinating with the relevant internal teams to resolve any issues). • Analyze and verify partner contracts (game providers) to clarify the details and features of cooperation. • Initiate agreement reviews when necessary. • Ensure adherence to handshake deals and contractual arrangements by all involved parties. • Analyze the profitability (marginality) of assigned partners and, based on the results, maintain a calendar of marketing activities for partners and clients (maximizing company profitability). • Coordinate and oversee individual or network promotions. • Analyze performance indicators for assigned partners and provide recommendations on profit maximization. • Interact with game providers; gather information on game features, licensing requirements, DD procedures, etc. • Support Partnership Reconciliation Managers in performing financial calculations according to commercial arrangements with assigned partners. • Assist Partnership Reconciliation Managers in preparing monthly reports in 1C, verifying calculation accuracy, identifying hidden issues, and suggesting improvements for the 1C system in terms of reporting. • Contribute to shaping product development concepts. Required Experience: • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management. • English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher. • Strong analytical thinking skills. • Proven negotiation experience; experience in difficult negotiations, bargaining, and successfully closing deals. • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. • Ability to create friendly and relax atmosphere during talks while getting to the point and achieving your interest • Ability to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere during discussions while driving conversations toward business objectives.
