And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $227,000 - $300,000. And for all other locations the range is $208,000 to $290,000.  In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The ideal candidate understands the unique commercial, contractual, procurement, compliance, and governance considerations associated with both public sector and commercial consulting engagements and can effectively adapt approaches across diverse client environments. This role will serve as both a hands-on practitioner and capability builder, helping define how Slalom manages contractual risk, contract performance, scope governance, and revenue protection throughout the delivery lifecycle. Initially, the role will directly support complex client engagements while contributing to the development of frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices required to build a sustainable, enterprise-wide capability. Over time, this role is expected to help shape the future direction of the capability and contribute to the development of a team of commercial governance professionals. This role sits within our Commercialization Organization and partners closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Operations, and Legal, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle—from pursuit and contract formation through delivery, expansion, renewal, and closure. The Senior Manager will help define and operationalize an approach to support delivery teams that protects revenue, improves profitability, mitigates risk, and enables scalable growth. What You'll Do Drive Contractual Governance During Delivery • Partner with Accountable Executives, Engagement Leads, and Delivery Leaders to provide commercial governance for Slalom's largest and most complex engagements, aligning contractual commitments, financial objectives, and delivery outcomes. • Oversee contract performance throughout the engagement lifecycle by managing contractual obligations, scope governance, change control, and contract modifications while proactively resolving risks before they impact delivery or client relationships.
