What You’ll Do Requirements Gathering & Documentation • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements. • Translate high-level concepts into structured deliverables such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user stories. • Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover hidden needs and align expectations. Navigating Ambiguity • Operate effectively in environments with limited direction or evolving priorities. • Ask the right questions to uncover root problems and define scope. • Propose frameworks and hypotheses to guide analysis and decision-making. Business & Industry Analysis • Conduct online research and competitive analyses to inform business strategy. • Evaluate business models and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. Communication & Collaboration • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build strong relationships across teams and functions. • Adapt communication style to suit executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Consumer Psychology, or related field. • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. • Experience conducting online research and industry analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with online targeted advertising platforms and performance metrics. • Experience analyzing digital campaigns or customer behavior data. • Self-starter, driven to work independently and with a team. Preferred Qualifications • Minimum 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience. • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in consulting, market research, or strategy. • Prior consulting experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
