What You’ll Do Requirements Gathering & Documentation • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements. • Translate high-level concepts into structured deliverables such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user stories. • Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover hidden needs and align expectations. Navigating Ambiguity • Operate effectively in environments with limited direction or evolving priorities. • Ask the right questions to uncover root problems and define scope. • Propose frameworks and hypotheses to guide analysis and decision-making. Business & Industry Analysis • Conduct online research and competitive analyses to inform business strategy. • Evaluate business models and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. Communication & Collaboration • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build strong relationships across teams and functions. • Adapt communication style to suit executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Consumer Psychology, or related field. • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. • Experience conducting online research and industry analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with online targeted advertising platforms and performance metrics. • Experience analyzing digital campaigns or customer behavior data. • Self-starter, driven to work independently and with a team. Preferred Qualifications • Minimum 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience. • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in consulting, market research, or strategy. • Prior consulting experience. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $45 to $65/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
