As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of complex customer projects from initial planning through implementation and closeout. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and external customers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements. Drive projects through each Quality Gate (Q-Gate) milestone while ensuring compliance with established project management processes. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Experience leading complex technical or engineering projects from initiation through completion. Strong knowledge of project management principles including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Experience working with cross-functional technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with customer-facing technical projects is highly desirable. PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus. The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is Min $102,100 - Max $153,200 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
