As a Sales Controller - Laboratory Diagnostics, you will be responsible for: • Owner of pricing for NAM DX including GPO tier pricing, list prices, customer price books etc.; responsible for leading price optimization initiatives to increase revenue and profit • Coordinating, administering, analyzing, and controlling from a financial perspective the sales operations specifically for the Direct Sales channel for the Laboratory Diagnostics businesses in the USA • Control, analyze, budget, and forecast sales activities for Direct Sales channel • New Orders reporting and monthly reconciliation • Orders / Shipments reporting by product line including deep dive into backlog data discrepancies • Overall ownership of T&Cs in LD Master agreements; includes liaison with Service, Legal, Marketing • Set up infrastructure in terms of reporting and review of Distribution sales channels at NAM Sales • Set up infrastructure for GPO and SCA Margin / profitability reporting • Establish reporting to indicate customer health including Service, Finance and other operational KPIs Required skills to have for the success of this role • BS/BA Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
