Description: The Product Manager is responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management of EWS portfolio elements assigned by the EWS Portfolio Director.Takes the vision and strategy developed by the EWS leadership team, through a partnership across functional teams, and developing an operationally viable and profitable product.Provides a critical link between the organization's strategy and its execution.Responsible for managing and defining the product(s), solution(s), and/or service(s) assigned and driving the business performance across the whole product lifecycle.Manages product marketing strategies, defines customer and market requirements, growth and profit strategies, business planning, and road mapping.Establishes and manages/synchronizes a cross-functional team to realize development of assigned product(s), solution(s), and/or service(s).Drives business performance over whole product lifecycle in cooperation with partners across PLM/SCM/CRM.Contributes to activities to continuously improve product lifecycle management.Oversees development and implementation of project plans for the assigned program area.Ensures alignment between strategy of the EWS Team and its ability to execute.Provides transparency to product status through effective product governance.Establishes and fosters relationships that lead to collaboration with all stakeholders and high-quality deliverables to customers. Requirements: BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to the roleMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, product lifecycle management, or similar experienceUnderstanding of the healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging and therapy.Demonstrate strong leadership skills in motivating teams for high performance.Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and ability to present.Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within a project team.Ability to manage multiple products and priorities.Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders and program stakeholders.Must be results-driven, action-oriented, and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business need.
