Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • A minimum of 2 years of administrative support or customer service experience is required. • Previous experience in a program coordination or administrative support role. • Able to manage concurrent workstreams, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to evolving technologies and shifting priorities • Demonstrated proficiency in basic data analysis, including reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing data to support reporting and decision-making. • Strong writing and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Core Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. • Ability to set priorities and demonstrate flexibility to quickly adjust to changing priorities. • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. • Work with minimal supervision. • Previous experience working in an HR Management or Learning Management System. Nice-to-haves • Associate degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, with demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite preferred. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. • Familiarity with Workday is a plus. • Workday Administration Experience is a plus. • Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
