Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate with teams and vendors, oversee project timelines, and report on campaign effectiveness. | 5+ years marketing experience with integrated strategy and execution, strong project management skills, vendor and budget management, excellent communication, and a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. | Marketing Project & Campaign Manager– Washington, DC - Remote Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid preferred; Remote option available) About the Role Our client, a large nonprofit organization advocating for older adults, is seeking a Marketing Project and Campaign Manager to join their Program Marketing and Communications team for a 1 year contract, which can be worked hybrid from DC or fully remote. This role plays a key part in supporting integrated marketing and communications strategies for their programs that serve vulnerable older adults. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer with a strong background in campaign execution, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Execute integrated communications and marketing plans that advance the organization’s programs and services. • Collaborate with internal teams, channel owners, and external vendors to launch creative tactics across digital, print, and offline channels. • Develop creative briefs, oversee production, and ensure brand compliance of all assets. • Provide day-to-day client service and project support for assigned programs. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and success. • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to the organization’s brand standards. • Partner with the editorial team to identify and highlight success stories, beneficiaries, and volunteer experiences. • Manage relationships with designers and agencies to develop high-quality marketing assets. • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, leveraging research and segmentation data. • Identify opportunities for public relations, thought leadership, and digital engagement to support program objectives. • Collaborate across departments to align with enterprise-wide strategy and positioning. • Assist with special projects and provide solutions to day-to-day challenges. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on integrated strategy and execution. • Broad knowledge of digital, print, direct mail, broadcast, earned media, brand management, and campaign operations. • Strong project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and creative agencies. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to prepare reports, proposals, and performance analyses. • Collaborative team player who can also work independently. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and handle challenges diplomatically. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. • Experience in grassroots communications, issue campaigns, or agency environments a plus. Work Environment This role may be performed fully remote. If based in Washington, DC, hybrid work options are available at the National Office.

Provide bilingual outreach and digital literacy support to older adults remotely via phone and email, including technical guidance, promoting resources, and documenting interactions. | High school diploma, bilingual Spanish/English, 1 year experience with older adults, 3 years in social services, ability to work flexible shifts and handle customer service and tech support tasks. | SPANISH AND ENLGISH BILINGUAL OUTREACH SPECIALIST – REMOTE – DENVER, NYC, SAN ANTONIO Our client, a major non-profit organization that helps older adults use technology, seeks an Outreach Specialist for a part time 16 hours a week 18-month contract assignment fully remote. You must live in the Denver, NYC, or San Antonio metro areas. You will support the organization’s support center by providing digital literacy training and programming to older adults (> 60 years old). You will provide older adults with free human-centered support — via phone and email—to help them get connected to technology training, information, and resources. The role goes beyond call resolution to help callers build the confidence they need as they navigate today's ever-changing digital landscape. The weekly schedule is two to three days a week: Shifts will be in 4-to-5-hour shifts. Three days a week 3pm/4pm to 8pm and one day shift 12pm-4pm EST. Shifts are adjusted on a quarterly basis. Responsibilities • Offer personalized technical and training support to callers. • Promote the program and resources to callers. • Help callers connect to low-cost internet services. • Provide step-by-step technology guidance. • Make outbound calls to support various call campaigns. • Respond to emails using established templates. • Use a variety of job tools, including calls and customer relationship management systems, knowledge articles, scripts, and internal communication platforms. • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately. • Participate in active on-camera weekly team meetings. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required. • Bilingual in Spanish and English. • 1 year of professional or volunteer experience working with older adults, including family and friends. • 3 years of experience working in social services. • Willingness and ability to work shifts that fall between 9am and 8pm Monday through Friday. (Schedule changes quarterly) • Ability to successfully shift between types of work as needed (e.g., inbound calls, outbound calling campaigns, email responses, customer service, tech support). • Ability to follow established procedures or search for creative solutions to issues/questions presented by callers that do not have an established procedure. • Ability to clearly guide callers through the resolution steps. • Ability to type accurately and at speed necessary to interact with callers. • Empathetic, patient, curious, driven, outgoing, and able to handle difficult customers.
