This onsite role requires a seasoned, client-facing professional who understands institutional ownership standards, works effectively with brokerage partners, and contributes directly to asset performance and value creation. This role leads the planning, execution, and supervision of preventive maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and grounds operations while ensuring exceptional service standards for members and guests. The property includes multiple recreational, wellness, and hospitality amenities, including swimming pools, athletic courts, fitness facilities, dining venues, administrative offices, and landscaped outdoor spaces. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to manage complex facilities operations in a hospitality-driven environment.
