Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the overall success of our service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions. - You will manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. - You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality. - You will document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service processes. - You will assist in order processing and tracking shipments to keep customers informed. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer insights. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. - You will support the Customer Experience Manager in various administrative tasks as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the logistics or transportation industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with temperature-controlled supply chain operations. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
