Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the overall success of our operations. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions. - You will manage order processing and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality. - You will document customer interactions and feedback to help enhance our processes. - You will assist in training new team members and share best practices. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to customers. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. - You will contribute to customer satisfaction metrics and help achieve departmental goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the logistics or transportation industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with temperature-controlled supply chain operations. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
