You’ll be the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while building positive client relationships. What You'll Bring: Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, finance, or a related field (Preferred). Minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing with multi-client focus; multi-state experience is a bonus. Minimum of 1 year of experience processing payroll for multiple clients with multiple EIN's (8+). Prior experience with PEO/HR Shared Services (Preferred). Minimum of 2 years' experience with HRIS platforms (preferably UKG Ready). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and judgement in resolving payroll issues. What you will need: Must currently reside in one of the following states: CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, or VA Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling products and/or services (as a vendor) in the senior living market (Required); 10 years preferred. Willing to travel up to 50% of time locally with some national travel (Required). An established network of executives in the senior living industry (C-Suite). Deep understanding of the HR priorities and challenges that senior living operators face as well as how HR and labor connects to the financial performance of a senior living or skilled nursing operator.
