Your Impact: As a Client Success Manager at Procare HR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations. What You’ll Contribute: Lead client relationships from onboarding through optimization Act as a UKG Ready subject matter expert, driving adoption and best practices Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to senior living Collaborate internally to improve service and client outcomes Partner with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management. Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS). Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred). Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).
