Wage is $39 - $41/hr | Credit given for experience Great Benefits Available How you will make an impact: As a Senior Benefits Reconciliation Specialist, your primary focus is aiding in benefits administration and overseeing reconciliations for all benefits invoices while also aiding in benefits technology management, data extraction and file feeds. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with benefits plans and invoice payments, as well as the processing of benefit transactions and assisting with plan audits and mandatory government reporting. The right candidate will be highly technical, analytical and methodical, while also possessing a passion for benefits and assisting others. What You Bring Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field (Preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration with the majority of experience being in reconciliation and team involvement. Minimum of 5 years of experience with benefit technology platforms, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) with a preference for UKG Ready experience. Demonstrated experience using multiple platforms to reconcile invoices at multiple levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expert proficiency in Excel. Previous experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (Preferred).
