This role balances people leadership, strategic alignment, and hands‑on product oversight to ensure consistent execution of product practices, alignment to business objectives, and delivery of customer value. This position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership to scale product ownership standards, develop Product Owner talent, and optimize delivery across teams. As the Product Owner Supervisor, you’ll: People Leadership & Supervision Directly supervise, coach, and mentor Product Owners, fostering professional growth, accountability, and engagement. Promote consistent application of Agile and product ownership best practices across teams. Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, goal‑setting, and development planning for Product Owner team members. Support staffing decisions, including hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning for Product Owners. Product & Delivery Leadership Oversee Product Owner execution across several product areas, ensuring alignment to product vision, roadmap, and organizational priorities. Partner with the Director of Product Management to translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives. Provide guidance on backlog prioritization, roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management. Serve as an escalation point for product-related risks, constraints, and cross-team conflicts. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and delivery. Ensure Product Owners effectively represent the voice of the customer and business in Agile teams. Promote transparent communication of priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Process & Continuous Improvement Establish and reinforce consistent product ownership processes, standards, and metrics. Identify opportunities to improve product delivery, team velocity, and customer outcomes. Support the adoption of data-driven decision-making and continuous feedback loops. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within crop insurance or related fields, and 3 years of leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Agriculture, Business, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience. Strategic thinker with a product mindset and strong analytical skills. Strong expertise in MPCI programs, RMA guidelines, and private crop insurance offerings preferred Proven success as a decision-maker in a collaborative, highly matrixed environment with direct and indirect reporting structures throughout the organization. Experience in both B2B and B2B2C digital product delivery Agile and curious, with a passion for uncovering insights and driving innovation. In This Exciting Opportunity You Will: Oversee day-to-day execution of sales enablement programs, including programmatic design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing optimization. Develop, maintain, and execute a robust training and enablement plan for the sales team.
