ProAg, a member of Tokio Marine HCC group of companies, is looking for the next Director, Sales Enablement where you’ll focus on designing and delivering highly effective programs that will improve sales effectiveness, sales productivity, training, and overall sales results. In This Exciting Opportunity You Will: Oversee day-to-day execution of sales enablement programs, including programmatic design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing optimization. Develop, maintain, and execute a robust training and enablement plan for the sales team. This will include conducting needs analysis, identifying areas of growth, and implementing a training plan for the current team and new hires. Implement and track key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the sales leadership team. Ensure consistency and quality control pertaining to customer messaging through the sales team. Work closely with product management, product marketing, sales teams, sales leaders, and other cross-functional experts to increase collaboration and effectively build awareness and support of sales enablement programs. What We’re Looking For: Experience – Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least six years of sales experience. Crop insurance experience is strongly preferred. Communication - Must be an exceptional communicator with the ability to facilitate cross-functionally to ensure clear and expeditious communication. Proven ability to work independently, focusing on achieving organizational goals and tasks with drive and energy to succeed. Ability to build trust and relationships with key constituencies. Hands-on experience with CRM and other sales enablement tools. Experience developing training materials and facilitation.
