Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support. • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle preferred. • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy. • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
