Position Summary Objectives • Support Supplier Risk Management (SRM) operations through risk assessment administration, reporting, scorecard management, and issue tracking. • Ensure timely execution of supplier risk processes and adherence to established risk management procedures. • Support stakeholders with risk-related inquiries, reporting requirements, and issue resolution activities. • Improve visibility of supplier risk performance through data analysis, reporting, and operational monitoring. Scope of Activities Supplier Risk Monitoring & Administration • Monitor and track Supplier Risk Management activities including supplier risk assessments, scorecards, and issue management processes. • Review supplier risk assessment submissions for completeness and accuracy. • Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders to ensure assessment completion. • Monitor overdue assessments, scorecards, remediation activities, and issue resolution tasks. • Escalate unresolved items and risks as required. Data Management & Reporting • Extract, analyze, and interpret supplier risk data from enterprise systems and reporting platforms. • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to supplier risk performance, compliance, and operational metrics. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to organize, analyze, and present supplier risk information. • Maintain reporting data accuracy and consistency. • Support reporting requests from Procurement, Risk Domain Owners, and business stakeholders. Issue Management & Stakeholder Support • Manage incoming requests through Supplier Risk Management mailboxes, ticketing systems, and shared communication channels. • Triage inquiries and direct requests to appropriate stakeholders. • Track open issues and remediation actions to support timely resolution. • Coordinate follow-up activities and status updates with stakeholders. • Assist in the preparation of risk narratives, presentations, and stakeholder communications. Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement • Maintain operational procedures, process documentation, and reporting records. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new tools and technologies. • Assist with process standardization and operational best practices. • Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and process effectiveness. Deliverables • Supplier Risk Assessment Tracking Reports. • Supplier Risk Scorecard Reports and Performance Metrics. • Issue Management Tracking and Status Reports. • Compliance and Remediation Monitoring Reports. • Operational Procedures and Process Documentation. • Stakeholder Communications, Presentations, and Risk Status Updates. • Ad hoc analysis and reporting requests. Required Skills Candidates should possess: • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Outlook • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft Word • Microsoft PowerPoint • Experience working with data, reporting, and operational processes. Work Experience • Experience in Procurement, Supplier Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Reporting, or a related discipline. • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis. • Experience working with datasets, reporting tools, SharePoint, Power BI, ERP systems, or similar platforms preferred. • Experience supporting global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones is preferred. • Understanding of supplier lifecycle management, supplier risk assessments, and compliance processes is preferred. Education & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
