HR Service Center Representative (Remote) – Oak Brook, IL Contract: 13 Weeks | Pay Rate: $19 – $28/hr | Schedule: Full-time Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and creating positive employee experiences? We’re seeking an HR Service Center Representative to join our team on a 13-week contract. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service to employees and managers. Responsibilities: • Respond to HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and web portal with professionalism and efficiency. • Utilize ERP systems, case management tools, and policies to research and resolve employee questions. • Resolve issues upon first contact whenever possible and escalate complex matters appropriately. • Maintain accurate documentation of all inquiries to ensure timely resolution within service level agreements (SLAs). • Partner with HRIS, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure process consistency and service excellence. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance HR service delivery. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support. • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle preferred. • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy. • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
