Oracle Cloud ERP Training Lead (Change Management Lead) – Direct Hire Location: (Remote role) Address: Fort Wayne, IN, 46808 Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Benefit Eligible) Position Summary: The Oracle Change Management Lead will ensure organizational readiness and user adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM). The role will lead change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption monitoring to ensure transformation success. Core Responsibilities: • Develop and execute structured change management strategies (ADKAR, Prosci). • Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and integrate change plans into project governance. • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and manage a Change Agent Network. • Oversee training and enablement, including Oracle-specific learning tools (e.g., Oracle Guided Learning – OGL). • Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed. • Coach leaders and project teams to embed change management practices. Requirements: • Experience: 5–7+ years in change management (healthcare + Oracle Cloud environments preferred). • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM). • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
