Lead and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, virtualization, and cloud services, ensuring security, performance, and scalability. | Experience managing IT infrastructure teams, strong knowledge of networking, systems, virtualization, cloud, and security technologies. | Salary is 140k to 160k We're seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a technical team and oversee the stability, security, and evolution of our core technology environment. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on insight across systems, networks, cloud services, and identity management. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day leadership for the infrastructure team, including coaching, workload planning, and fostering a collaborative, solution-focused culture. • Direct the administration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy, ensuring seamless system performance and secure configurations. • Oversee enterprise networking operations, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, firewalls, switching, wireless technologies, and network segmentation. • Manage and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V to support efficient compute and storage usage. • Guide the design and operation of cloud services within AWS, Azure/Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365, ensuring scalability and strong governance. • Implement resilient backup strategies and disaster-recovery solutions using Rubrik or equivalent technologies. • Lead identity and access management initiatives using platforms like Okta or Azure AD/Entra to maintain secure and streamlined authentication processes. Design, develop, and deploy data interfaces and pipelines for IBOR systems, ensuring system integration, data accuracy, and process automation. | Experience with IBOR systems or similar, data pipeline development, system testing, and technical documentation. | Pay rate is $75 to $80 per hour • Design, develop, and deploy outbound interfaces and reporting pipelines in the BNY Eagle IBOR (Investment Book of Record) system, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and system architecture. • BNY Eagle preferred but need to be familiar with IBOR systems. • Perform end-to-end ETL processing, data validation, and transformation for accurate delivery of market and reference data to downstream systems. • Implement and optimize automated job scheduling using tools such as Airflow or Active Batch, ensuring reliable and timely execution of outbound processes. • Integrate third-party vendor data (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) and internal data sources into the IBOR system, resolving mapping, reconciliation, and data consistency issues. • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, regression testing, Model Office, and UAT, documenting test scripts, expected outcomes, and defect resolution. • Develop, maintain, and version control technical documentation, including interface mappings, SLAs, exception handling procedures, and operational runbooks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and implement scalable solutions. • Open to other IBOR vendor product that include: SimCorp, BlackRock Solutions (Aladdin), SS&C Technologies, FactSet, Bloomberg, State Street
