Pay rate is $65 to $75 per hour We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused projects, including network, server, cloud, and IT systems implementations, specifically within a law firm environment. Candidates must have prior law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT initiatives and delivering results in professional services environments. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and on budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT operations, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes. • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. • Ensure IT infrastructure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements. • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where applicable. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects (network, servers, cloud, and systems). • Must have prior law firm experience. • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, or similar project management frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, or other enterprise infrastructure platforms. • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements for professional services.
