You are an experienced product delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn strategy into execution. You bring a strong track record of building high-performing teams, creating clarity in delivery, and driving consistent, predictable outcomes. You will own the delivery of product work across the Wellbeing platform by managing Product Owners and building a consistent, high-rigor delivery model. You’ll be accountable for execution, PO performance, and team throughput, making sure strategy turns into high-quality product delivered with predictable cadence. This is a delivery leadership role, not a strategy or vision role. Qualifications What You Bring to Our Team Product Owner leadership & management (primary accountability) Directly manage all Product Owners across the Wellbeing product portfolio Set clear expectations for PO responsibilities, decision rights, and outputs Coach and develop POs on delivery discipline, prioritization, and execution rigor Hold POs accountable for backlog quality, scope control, and delivery commitments Establish a consistent PO operating model across teams This role is the single point of accountability for PO effectiveness.
