You are an experienced product delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn strategy into execution. You bring a strong track record of building high-performing teams, creating clarity in delivery, and driving consistent, predictable outcomes. You will own the delivery of product work across the Wellbeing platform by managing Product Owners and building a consistent, high-rigor delivery model. You’ll be accountable for execution, PO performance, and team throughput, making sure strategy turns into high-quality product delivered with predictable cadence. This is a delivery leadership role, not a strategy or vision role. Qualifications What You Bring to Our Team Product Owner leadership & management (primary accountability) Directly manage all Product Owners across the Wellbeing product portfolio Set clear expectations for PO responsibilities, decision rights, and outputs Coach and develop POs on delivery discipline, prioritization, and execution rigor Hold POs accountable for backlog quality, scope control, and delivery commitments Establish a consistent PO operating model across teams This role is the single point of accountability for PO effectiveness. Delivery orchestration & throughput Own cross-team delivery coordination, sequencing, and dependency management Ensure POs are aligned to quarterly priorities and delivery commitments Drive predictable sprint and release cadence across all teams Execution discipline & operating rigor Define and enforce lightweight delivery standards (planning, sprint hygiene, retros, release readiness) Eliminate ambiguity between “in discovery,” “ready,” and “committed” work Identify execution risk early and escalate before it becomes a fire drill Product Process & Agile Excellence Own and enforce the Definition of Ready, ensuring all work entering sprints is properly scoped, estimated, and unblocked Partner with Engineering leadership to maintain healthy agile ceremonies, with clear product accountability for backlog refinement, sprint planning inputs, and acceptance criteria quality Establish and monitor product team metrics (cycle time, scope stability, refinement throughput) to continuously improve delivery predictability Drive alignment between product discovery and delivery cadences to maintain a healthy pipeline of validated, ready-to-build work Champion consistent product management practices across squads, including standardized templates, documentation expectations, and handoff protocols Translation of strategy into executable plans Partner with upstream product strategy to convert priorities into scoped, buildable work Pressure-test feasibility, timing, and resourcing — without redefining strategy or roadmap direction Ensure Product Owners understand what is expected and by when Single point of accountability for delivery health Provide clear visibility into delivery status, tradeoffs, and risks Own the answer to: “Are we on track?” Ensure leadership has a consistent, trusted view of delivery reality Benefits The Highlights: Competitive base salary and benefits effective day one Comprehensive medical and dental through our own health solutions (yes, we use what we build) Unlimited PTO—rest and recharge time is non-negotiable Mental health support, retirement planning, and financial protection Professional development with clear career progression and learning budgets Mission-driven culture where diverse perspectives drive real impact on people's health Want the full picture? Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $213,000 - $260,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
