Manage complex client projects and implementations, lead multi-faceted partnership rollouts, ensure project completion on time, mentor junior team members, and maintain client satisfaction through operational expertise.
Requires 3-5+ years of project management or software implementation experience, client/vendor interaction, strong project management and customer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, healthcare or health insurance experience preferred, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Description: • Personify Health: the first personalized health platform company combining health, wellbeing, and navigation solutions • Manage complex client projects (new partner ad group implementations, expansion implementations, platform migrations, ad-hoc efforts) • Ensure assigned projects are completed within required internal and external timelines • Serve as peer mentor and guide to new or junior team members • Lead large multi-faceted partnership and individual group implementations of varying complexity • Maintain overall implementation project ownership and coordinate activities/deliverables across internal departments • Serve as a client-facing expert on operational aspects of Personify Health’s programs and solutions • Deliver high client satisfaction; respond to and resolve client or broker requests during implementation • Solicit client feedback and work with internal partners to implement enhancements and fixes • Employ Personify Health standard project methodology, processes, and procedures • Participate in pre-sales activities as assigned (RFPs, prospect calls, finalist meetings) • Manage operational/tactical activities for 3rd party integrations and provide supplemental support to Client Success/Delivery • Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform special projects as requested Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline • 3-5+ years of project management and/or software implementation work experience • Previous experience working directly with external clients and vendor partners (strongly preferred) • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Experience working with project management tools preferred (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc) • Experience working in Health insurance, Healthcare environment or Health TPA • Strong project management skills • Excellent customer facing skills • Ability to navigate a dynamic technological environment • Experience managing multiple and changing priorities with a positive attitude • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with and through others • Ability to prioritize deliverables and effectively negotiate with clients and internal parties • Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation • Required to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to tactfully navigate de-escalation Benefits: • [x%] target bonus/variable compensation • Health • Dental • Vision • Mental health • Other benefits • Flexible opportunities • Total rewards
