We’re looking to hire a Service Designer and Researcher for a large client in the healthcare / pharma industry. • Rate: $65-75/hr • Location: Remote EST hours • Duration: ASAP until EOY - could extend Responsibilities: • Define and maintain end-to-end service blueprints, journey maps, and personas for patient support programs. • Conduct ongoing discovery research to identify problem areas, opportunities, and patient needs. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture insights, co-create solutions, and prioritize improvements. • Evolve and iterate patient support experiences based on feedback and research findings. • Partner with developers, product owners, and Salesforce designers to ensure seamless integration into platforms. • Create clear, compelling service design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and experience flows. • Leverage Figma to design, communicate, and refine solutions collaboratively with stakeholders. Requirements: • Strong experience in service design, user research, or patient support program design. • Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and collaboration. • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions. • Ability to define and evolve service blueprints, personas, and patient journeys. Preferred • Background in pharmaceutical patient experience or support programs. • Familiarity with Salesforce platform design and workflows. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
