Additionally, this position will provide support to operational strategies, deliver standard reporting, and complete special analysis projects for CarMax Auto Finance Servicing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide Management and Production Reporting For All Servicing Areas and Support CarMax Auto Finance Ad Hoc Systems. • Fulfill data requests and resolve report or system problems. • Create standard reports to monitor key Servicing metrics. • Determine key metrics for CarMax Auto Finance Servicing and translate metrics into standard reports using Snowflake SQL and other reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, SQL Server Reporting Services, etc. • Maintain and enhance existing reports, including troubleshooting and resolving errors and inconsistencies, updating business logic based on Servicing changes, and adding clarifying logic or additional data to increase effectiveness. • Support production applications and facilitate transition of applications to permanent IT solutions. • Identify Strategic Opportunities to Improve Efficiency and Performance Using Data. • Develop reporting to identify improvement opportunities for CAF Servicing departments • Provide ad hoc analysis for servicing departments including collection efficiency and portfolio performance trends. • Work within the development cycle of initiatives involving multiple departments and resources to produce timely, accurate solutions. • Communicate regularly with organization managers to discuss the status of ongoing projects.
