Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. • Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or equivalent). • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
