This leader will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive accountability for results. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across diverse business units in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is critical to Mosaic Health’s ability to operate as a cohesive, integrated enterprise, aligning strategy and execution across its healthcare delivery and technology businesses. The AVP will directly enable the CEO and executive team to drive clarity, focus, and results—strengthening coordination, accelerating transformation, and improving overall organizational performance. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Key Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Strategic Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping shape enterprise priorities and strategic direction.
