We’re seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to build proactive recruiting capability, strengthen our TA team, streamline processes, and elevate service to internal clients (hiring managers and department leaders). How will you make an impact & Requirements Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a high-performing recruiting team to attract, engage, and hire top clinical and non-clinical talent. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and employer branding, coach-led team engagement, data-driven process improvements, and partnership with hiring leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Proactive Sourcing - Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies (pipelines, talent communities, targeted sourcing, and diversity outreach) to reduce time-to-fill and dependency on reactive advertising. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles (clinical, allied health, leadership). - Lead employer brand initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns to increase Mosaic Health’s visibility in key talent markets. - Team Leadership & Engagement - Manage, coach, and develop TA specialists and sourcers; set clear goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and run effective team meetings. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and high morale. - Establish performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement career development plans for direct reports. - Process Improvement & Operational Excellence - Analyze recruiting workflows and metrics; identify friction points and implement process optimizations (e.g., structured interviewing, candidate experience improvements, automation, ATS best practices). - Own recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, diversity metrics) and deliver regular reporting and recommendations to leadership. - Partner with HRIS/People Ops to optimize ATS configuration, reporting, and integrations. - Client Partnering & Stakeholder Experience - Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — provide workforce planning support, market intelligence, role design guidance, and hiring strategy consultation. - Design and deliver manager training on interviewing, selection, and inclusive hiring practices. - Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with hiring managers and candidates; manage escalations and resolve hiring blockers swiftly. - Compliance & Candidate Experience - Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies. - Champion an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding; measure and improve candidate satisfaction. Success Measures / KPIs - Reduced time-to-fill for priority roles (target % improvement within 12 months) - Increased candidate pipeline depth for hard-to-fill positions - Improved hiring manager satisfaction scores - Increased diversity of hires and quality-of-hire metrics - TA team engagement and retention rates Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a people-leadership role (healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred). - Demonstrated success building proactive sourcing programs and talent pipelines. - Strong operational experience optimizing recruiting processes and leveraging Workday Recruiting with a focus in recruitment analytics. - Excellent coaching, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. - Solid understanding of clinical and allied health hiring landscapes (preferred). - Proficiency with major ATS platforms and sourcing tools; comfort with data and reporting. - BA/BS required; relevant HR/recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) a plus.
