Job Description Summary ‎ The IT Service Desk Technician provides first-line technical support to end users in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on resolving incidents and fulfilling requests while delivering a consistent, high-quality support experience for those who serve our patients. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1–2 technical support via phone, email, and portal Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues Log, update, and resolve tickets in the ITSM system Support user onboarding and offboarding activities Escalate issues as needed while maintaining ownership Follow established procedures and document resolutions Required Qualifications Experience in IT service desk or technical support Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot Windows and common business applications Comfortable working in a ticket-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Healthcare IT experience Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Remote support experience Work Schedule Full-time, remote Standard business hours ‎ Compensation: $20.90 to $31.35 Beware of fraudulent job postings: While Mosaic Health job advertisements may be found on many sites, our current openings page and its associated Workday account are the only places we accept applications for open roles.
