Manage and exceed sales goals for Building Wire products by developing strategic market plans and building relationships with contractors and inspectors in the territory. | 8+ years sales experience in electrical industry, experience with electrical contractors, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and preferably ERP systems, with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. | We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for exceeding the sales and profit goals for the Building Wire product line, serving as the brand representative within the defined territory, and educating the contractor, builder, and inspector communities. Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Remote with 50% Travel, need someone based in San Antonio, TX What’s the Job? • Execute and exceed Building Wire Sales • Develop the market by creating a strategic go-to-market strategy for identified territory with SWOT analysis by market to include plan, target accounts, distribution strategy for the region. • Develop a strategy to identify and execute conversion opportunities for all Residential Electric Contractor (REC) accounts within defined territory • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption for products within REC’s identified. • Continued prospecting and account development activities that result in account conversion, sales, and a favorable impact to EBITDA • Develop matrix of inspector communities (AHJ’s) within area of responsibility to identify any areas of restriction What’s Needed? • High School Diploma or GED required with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 8+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry. • Experience working in an Electrical Contractor capacity or working with electrical contractors is highly preferred. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, Smartsheet, and experience with an ERP system strongly preferred. • CRM experience required. • A complete job description will be provided.
