Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a CWR-Analyst, AR I to join their team. As a CWR-Analyst, AR I, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable Department supporting the Order to Cash team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CWR-Analyst, AR I Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: Shift: What's the Job? • Monitor and manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts daily to ensure timely payments. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve outstanding invoices and reduce delinquency. • Analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and initiate outside collection procedures when necessary. • Research billing discrepancies, audit invoices, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve disputes. • Document all collection activities accurately within the AR system and maintain customer contact records. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience. • At least 2 years of experience in billing, commercial accounts receivable, or cash applications. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong organizational skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet departmental goals effectively. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
