Our client, a leader in the construction and safety industry, is seeking a Field Service Installer / Rigger to join their team.The ideal candidate will have rigging, fall protection or construction experience, no fear of heights and available to travel within Floridaand out of state locations for installation projects. Excellent customer service skills a must! Job Title: Field Service Installer / Rigger Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Pay Range: $22-$24 / hour Type: Direct Hire "Perm" What's the Job? • Travel to customer job sites for installations and ensure all safety inspections are complete. • Assist in managing materials and inventory to ensure timely project execution. • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain workflow and project success. • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers while ensuring their satisfaction. • Will drive company vehicles to client sites as needed What's Needed? • At least three years of experience in construction, rigging, and/or fall protection. • No fear working at heights is required, experience is a plus • Availabe to work any schedule (days, nights, weekends) • Strong math aptitude for accurate measurements and calculations. • Practical expertise at using a tape measure: proper positioning, reading down to the 1/16 inch • Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player with high ethical standards. • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills (you will be in direct contact with clients) • Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. • Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record • Ability pass background check to meet military/government job site contract requirements • Ability to pass drug screen What's in it for me? • Direct Hire "perm" opportunity • Opportunity to work on various constructionprojects. • Work with a supportive team that values collaboration andcommunication. • Engage in a role that emphasizes safety and quality standards. • Be part of a company that values long-term relationships with clients and employees. • Full benefits plan!
