Job Description The Project Manager for Syndicated Research oversees the full lifecycle of our healthcare studies. This role centers on our media measurement and insights surveys and managing the day‑to‑day coordination with third‑party sample, programming and data collection vendors. We’re looking for someone who truly knows fieldwork and questionnaire design — someone detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and skilled at building strong survey instruments, monitoring respondent behavior, and ensuring our data is consistently accurate and reliable for our healthcare clients. Core Responsibilities Survey Design & Programming Oversight Translate research objectives into high-performing digital surveys, developing complex skip logic, piping, and randomization. Optimize survey instruments for high-value HCP (Physicians, PAs, NPs) audiences to minimize respondent fatigue and maximize completion rates. Conduct rigorous "beta-testing" of survey links to ensure technical accuracy, data variable mapping, and mobile compatibility. Clearly communicate corrections to the programming team. Ensure survey structures align with historical syndicated data to allow for seamless year-over-year trend analysis. Sample & Vendor Management Act as a primary point of contact for third-party panel providers, managing the bidding, commissioning, and fieldwork phases. Monitor real-time fieldwork metrics, including Incidence Rates (IR), Length of Interview (LOI), and dropout rates, to proactively troubleshoot project bottlenecks. Manage complex sample quotas across multiple medical specialties to ensure representative datasets. Execute rigorous data-cleaning protocols, identifying and removing "bad actors" (speeders, bots, or inconsistent responders) to protect data integrity. Project Operations and Team Collaboration Maintain detailed project timelines to ensure syndicated reports are delivered on schedule. Manage project budgets, tracking external vendor costs and "Cost-Per-Interview" (CPI) efficiency. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude when project scopes or timelines shift due to market demands or client needs. Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing best practices and assisting colleagues during high-volume periods. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of healthcare market research project management experience. Industry Knowledge: Direct experience conducting research with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs); familiarity with medical specialty terminology and HCP sampling challenges. Experience with media measurement surveys a plus. Technical Skills: Understanding of survey software and mastery of survey logic. Experience with database management and email delivery platforms a plus. The Director of List Matching at its core will be responsible for developing and implementing data matching strategies and assessing list match feasibility. The Director of List Matching is a pivotal role for the organization and will serve as a subject matter expert for one of M3’s fastest growing products. Our ability to assess and deliver on market research target list projects is crucial, and this position will collaborate with our global teams to meet the standard. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following: Serve as a subject matter expert on all target list circumstances: Participate in client discussions and provide feedback on target lists provided. Collaborate with sales team to support client engagements, proposal development and project scoping efforts. Troubleshoot on projects where list recruitment is behind on schedule Analyze list match results and provide feedback to internal teams on feasibility, concerns, or other feedback that teams should be aware of from the analysis. Define and maintain data matching standards, processes and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability of list match results. Collaborate with panel and custom recruitment teams to develop best practices when working through a client provided list. Work closely with clients and client service teams to understand research objectives and requirement and provide strategic guidance on data matching strategies and tactics for projects. Partner with engineering on developments to the existing list match tool to maximize efficiency from the list and vet other potential technology solutions for further improved performance. Liaise with Compliance team to ensure contractual agreements are in place and adhered to. Responsible for training and education when it comes to the list match product. Qualifications Education and Training Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalency Minimum Experience: Minimum of 8 years market research experience in a project management, fieldwork/recruitment or feasibility assessment role. Must have at least 5+ years of dealing with target lists with prescribing habit data, or segmentation. Knowledge, Skill, Ability: Understanding of list segmentation and prescribing habit data Thorough understanding of the market research fieldwork industry. The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This position requires the candidate to serve as a subject matter expert and will be required to communicate to both internal project stakeholders, as well as client facing.
