Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Project Manager, Syndicated Research at M3-MI, an M3 company. About the Business Unit M3 MI serves the consumer and professional health market with industry-leading syndicated survey data and insights covering patient and HCP attitudes, behaviors and media consumption, and HCP advertising intelligence, to help clients better understand their customers and make informed marketing decisions. M3 MI’s clients include pharma, medical device and hospital advertisers, their ad agencies and the digital and traditional media channels they work with. We support clients in marketing, advertising creative, strategy and media planning, media research and sales, and many other roles that rely on M3 MI data to succeed in their jobs. Job Description The Project Manager for Syndicated Research oversees the full lifecycle of our healthcare studies. This role centers on our media measurement and insights surveys and managing the day‑to‑day coordination with third‑party sample, programming and data collection vendors. We’re looking for someone who truly knows fieldwork and questionnaire design — someone detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and skilled at building strong survey instruments, monitoring respondent behavior, and ensuring our data is consistently accurate and reliable for our healthcare clients. Core Responsibilities Survey Design & Programming Oversight Translate research objectives into high-performing digital surveys, developing complex skip logic, piping, and randomization. Optimize survey instruments for high-value HCP (Physicians, PAs, NPs) audiences to minimize respondent fatigue and maximize completion rates. Conduct rigorous "beta-testing" of survey links to ensure technical accuracy, data variable mapping, and mobile compatibility. Clearly communicate corrections to the programming team. Ensure survey structures align with historical syndicated data to allow for seamless year-over-year trend analysis. Sample & Vendor Management Act as a primary point of contact for third-party panel providers, managing the bidding, commissioning, and fieldwork phases. Monitor real-time fieldwork metrics, including Incidence Rates (IR), Length of Interview (LOI), and dropout rates, to proactively troubleshoot project bottlenecks. Manage complex sample quotas across multiple medical specialties to ensure representative datasets. Execute rigorous data-cleaning protocols, identifying and removing "bad actors" (speeders, bots, or inconsistent responders) to protect data integrity. Project Operations and Team Collaboration Maintain detailed project timelines to ensure syndicated reports are delivered on schedule. Manage project budgets, tracking external vendor costs and "Cost-Per-Interview" (CPI) efficiency. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude when project scopes or timelines shift due to market demands or client needs. Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing best practices and assisting colleagues during high-volume periods. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of healthcare market research project management experience. Industry Knowledge: Direct experience conducting research with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs); familiarity with medical specialty terminology and HCP sampling challenges. Experience with media measurement surveys a plus. Technical Skills: Understanding of survey software and mastery of survey logic. Experience with database management and email delivery platforms a plus. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret fieldwork statistics, make data-driven decisions to optimize survey performance and “out-of-the-box problem solving” Education: Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Key Competencies Precision: An uncompromising eye for detail regarding survey logic and data accuracy. Agility: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for managing external vendor relationships and internal stakeholders. Additional Information Benefits: A career opportunity with M3USA offers competitive wages, and benefits such as: Health and Dental Life, Accident and Disability Insurance Prescription Plan Flexible Spending Account 401k Plan and Match Paid Holidays and Vacation Sick Days and Personal Day *M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization #LI-JM1 #LI-Remote
