Drive portfolio-level Risk Management integration in coordination with Program Managers and Task Order leadership, ensuring consistent risk identification, documentation, mitigation planning, and trend analysis across all programs. Establish and institutionalize a structured Continual Improvement framework that promotes measurable enhancements in compliance posture, performance stability, operational efficiency, and organizational maturity. Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and performance evaluations to proactively identify systemic issues and ensure sustainable resolution and prevention of recurrence. Conduct and oversee root cause analyses for performance or compliance gaps, driving corrective and preventive actions through validated closure. Oversee SLA/KPI performance analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to anticipate risks, reduce performance variability, and strengthening contractual execution. Leverage enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Configuration Management repositories, AI-enabled analytics tools, and program governance systems) to enhance reporting transparency, operational visibility, and decision support. This individual will be responsible for managing a team as well as contributing as an individual by designing scalable cloud-native solutions, leading development efforts, and ensuring best practices across architecture, development, deployment, and security. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success, develop risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolution. Provides leadership during Transition-In, ensuring continuity of operations, minimal disruption to mission-critical services, and effective risk identification and mitigation. Setting team priorities, strategic vision, maintaining quality and product roadmaps. Establish organization policies, standards, and engineering procedures. Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, monitoring performance against established SLA’s, metrics, and taking corrective actions as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve engineering practices and documentation to enhance delivery quality and speed. Interacts with the customer directly and communicates concerns to Leidos project management and technical team members. Conduct design reviews, system integrations, and develop comprehensive as-built and runbook documentation. Implement and manage performance monitoring tools and processes to ensure optimal system performance and availability. Implement automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Ansible and various scripting languages, to streamline hosting operations and reduce manual intervention. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the project portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall leadership, direction, and management for the client contract, ensuring alignment with customer goals, safety standards, regulatory compliance, budgetary constraints, and schedule milestones. The Program Manager shall oversee project managers and discipline leads, establish program-wide systems for risk management, safety, and quality, and ensure clear and timely reporting to the Leidos client.
