Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be driving efficiency, improving systems, and supporting our team so we can deliver even greater results for our clients. • Technology & Process Optimization: Identify and integrate tools (including AI) to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and boost performance. • Technical & Team Leadership: Manage projects end-to-end, balancing business and technical needs, while guiding and mentoring team members. • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create insightful reports that uncover opportunities for growth and help us serve our clients better. • System Administration & Automation: Oversee CRMs and lead management systems, implementing automation tools for lead nurturing and communication. • Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Ensure robust campaign tracking and analysis to optimize conversions across all channels. Qualifications • At least 5 years of operations management experience (agency experience a big plus). • Strong technical expertise with CRMs, GoHighLevel, Zapier, marketing automation, lead tracking, and data analysis tools. • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor others, and manage complex projects. • Excellent analytical skills—you can turn numbers into actionable insights. • Top-notch communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • A knack for troubleshooting and creating solutions that can be applied across systems and accounts. • Bonus points if you’ve worked with dentists before - but it’s not a requirement. Requirements • Motivated, curious, and eager to make an impact. Benefits • Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 per month* • Full time: 100% remote – work from wherever you’re happiest and most productive • Flexibility: We trust you to manage your time and balance your work and life • Paid Time Off: 27–29 days per year. • Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
