You will oversee all aspects of internal and client-facing events, ensuring a seamless experience from initial briefing to post-event analysis. Financial management, including budget development and reconciliation. Sourcing and managing contracts for venues and suppliers. Coordinating all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and AV needs. Working with internal teams to ensure event deliverables meet standards. Planning and executing virtual events, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. Collaborating with colleagues and clients on larger programs. Ensuring adherence to client operational standards and compliance guidelines. Traveling for on-site event management and inspections. Conducting post-event analysis and preparing reports for ongoing improvements. Requirements 5–7+ years of event management experience, particularly in corporate environments. Experience with managing senior clients and high-stakes events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure. Experience with virtual event platforms like Webex and Zoom.
