Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, AI Automation based in the United States. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on using AI to transform intelligence collection and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with semi-technical analysts to understand their challenges and identify opportunities with meaningful business and mission impact. You’ll design and build AI-powered applications, backend services, APIs, data systems, infrastructure, and user-facing tools from end to end. The role offers significant ownership, combining deep technical execution with product thinking and prioritization. You’ll experiment with modern AI models and agentic approaches to create reliable, scalable solutions that analysts use every day. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ambiguity, autonomy, experimentation, and continuous iteration are expected. This is an opportunity to shape products at the intersection of software engineering, AI, intelligence, and high-impact real-world problems. \n Accountabilities Partner closely with intelligence analysts to understand their goals, constraints, workflows, and pain points, translating those insights into scalable technical solutions with measurable success criteria. Participate in an on-call rotation focused on supporting internal tools and triaging requests from designated support channels. Requirements 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs. Strong product sense, with the ability to step back from individual requests, identify the most impactful and scalable solution, and turn it into a product people genuinely adopt and continue using. Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, combined with solid backend and systems engineering capabilities. Experience designing backend systems and APIs and working with data stores such as PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pinecone, Redis, or comparable technologies. Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and applications, including AI models, agentic development environments, AI-enabled workflows, or experimental prototypes. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces, take ownership, make sound technical decisions, and drive projects through completion. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with semi-technical stakeholders while clearly explaining technical concepts and trade-offs. A strong engineering, data, or ML-oriented background is welcome; the role values seniority, technical sharpness, initiative, adaptability, and product judgment over a specific career path. Ability to work effectively in a distributed environment with significant collaboration across Eastern and Pacific time zones, including at least six hours of overlap with Pacific Time. Benefits Base salary: $200,000–$220,000 annually for U.S.-based employees, with individual compensation determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligibility to participate in an equity plan. Fully remote work environment. High ownership and autonomy, with opportunities to lead projects and grow according to your level and career goals. A collaborative culture emphasizing psychological safety, trust, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback. Opportunities to work on technically challenging problems involving AI, software engineering, intelligence, and mission-critical applications. A fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation, rapid iteration, creative problem-solving, and meaningful impact. Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and direct exposure to real users and their workflows. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements. Lead product marketing strategy and market research to drive business decisions and product adoption in a B2B SaaS portfolio. | 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with leadership and proven commercial outcomes through research and strategy. | This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product Marketing and Market Research based in the United States. As Director of Product Marketing and Market Research, you will lead two closely connected disciplines: bringing products to market effectively and developing a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics. You will oversee product marketing strategy across a complex B2B SaaS portfolio spanning multiple product areas and commercial models. Beyond launches, you will build the strategic layer that drives sustained product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue contribution. You will also establish market research and competitive intelligence as ongoing capabilities that shape product and business decisions. As a senior leader, you will develop the product marketing team, influence executive stakeholders, and define how AI can elevate the function. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and combines commercial thinking with strong customer and market insight. \n Accountabilities: Define and own the product marketing strategy across the full product portfolio, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, product launches, adoption, lifecycle engagement, and ongoing market activation. Build and govern a scalable global product launch framework that creates clear processes, repeatable operating rhythms, and effective handoffs between strategic planning and execution. Develop post-launch product adoption and engagement strategies designed to increase usage, retention, product attachment, and revenue contribution rather than focusing solely on launch execution. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Strategy, and Marketing teams to connect product marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes and ensure consistent go-to-market execution. Direct primary and secondary research initiatives covering customer behavior, competitive dynamics, market sizing, buyer intelligence, and other topics relevant to product and business strategy. Build competitive intelligence into a structured, continuous discipline and translate market signals into positioning decisions, sales enablement priorities, product roadmap input, and broader strategic recommendations. Serve as a trusted senior authority on customer and market intelligence, developing clear insight narratives that help leadership understand market conditions and make informed decisions. Lead, coach, and develop a multi-person product marketing team, including hiring, performance management, capability development, and establishing a culture of commercial accountability. Define how AI should be incorporated into product marketing workflows, determining which activities can be automated and where human judgment remains essential, while establishing standards for responsible and effective AI use. Represent product marketing and market research in executive forums and contribute to annual planning, portfolio prioritization, and other high-level business decisions. Build or reshape the product marketing function as needed, creating operating models and capabilities that can scale with a growing organization. Requirements Bring 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with the majority of your career focused on product marketing rather than demand generation, agency work, or brand-only roles. Have held a Director, Senior Director, Head of Product Marketing, or comparable marketing leadership position with direct ownership of the product marketing function. Demonstrate a proven track record of managing and developing multi-person product marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capability building. Bring meaningful experience owning or significantly contributing to market research or customer insights functions, including primary research, competitive intelligence, voice-of-customer programs, or related methodologies. Have deep knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, pricing and packaging alignment, sales enablement, product launches, adoption, and lifecycle marketing. Demonstrate experience building, transforming, or significantly reshaping a product marketing function rather than simply managing an established inherited organization. Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end, from initial positioning through launch, post-launch adoption, and continuous market engagement. Demonstrate a clear connection between product marketing work and measurable business outcomes, such as pipeline, product attach rates, adoption, retention, or revenue contribution. Have a track record of turning research and customer insights into concrete strategic or commercial decisions rather than simply producing research reports. Bring broader marketing experience beyond product marketing, such as content, SEO, digital, demand generation, or go-to-market strategy. Be highly metrics-driven and comfortable defining measurement frameworks for both product marketing performance and research effectiveness. Possess strong senior-stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence executive decisions, present with authority, and build trust through clear, substantive recommendations.
