You will be responsible for analyzing complex data projects, providing insights that drive operational improvements and enhance community health outcomes. Join a diversified organization that values workplace flexibility and innovation. \n Accountabilities Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in areas such as claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, and external reporting. Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms. Review data to determine operational impacts; elevate issues and opportunities to management. Develop reports and make strategic recommendations to management. Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other analytical tools. Assist management in driving data-centric business decisions. Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits. Train and mentor other Data Analysts. Assist with workload determination for Data Analysts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience. Preferred experience in healthcare. Experience managing projects or involvement in project implementation. Benefits Competitive pay range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year.
