In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating corporate strategy into operational excellence through data, processes, and systems. As a key member of the Business Analyst team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Your expertise will guide initiatives from concept through delivery, enabling data-driven decision-making. Your contributions will not only improve performance transparency but also strengthen the organization's ability to achieve strategic goals effectively. \n Accountabilities Map current-state capabilities and data flows using BPMN or similar notation. Identify gaps against target architecture and quantify impacts. Facilitate workshops and observations to gather business needs. Translate findings into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Build cost-benefit analyses focused on ROI and value creation. Design and maintain executive dashboards to track initiative health. Calculate actual value delivered against ROI forecasts. Evaluate solution designs for compliance with standards. Support agile planning and oversee user acceptance testing. Present proposals and document design decisions. Monitor implementation health and escalate issues early. Plan stakeholder communications and training sessions. Track post-launch performance and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech environment. Proven track record in ROI-driven business cases. Expertise in mapping business capabilities and processes (BPMN). Advanced data analysis and visualization skills: Excel, Power BI, Tableau. Proficiency with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence, and Jira. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks. Working knowledge of agile planning concepts.
