The Customer Experience Project Manager is responsible for serving customers by leading projects that deliver Ivanti solutions and meets our customers’ business objectives and strategies. These responsibilities include but are not limited to project management and delivery, customer relationship management, aligning with customer strategy, policy and procedures, financial management, coordinating change management processes. The Project Manager is part of the PMO team and participates in strategic and operational planning, new process improvements and other operational changes. What You Will Be Doing: Development of project plans with direction from more senior project leaders Estimation of resource requirements (skills, software, hardware etc.) and timeframes, scheduling, budgeting, dependency identification and management, and change management planning Lead project delivery according to approved project plans, objectives, and budgets Project status reporting to key customer contacts including progress against schedule or milestones, issue and risk management details and budget versus actual performance Management of project issues and risks, including issue and risk identification, logging, assessment, and resolution strategies as well as escalation of project issues using established PMO processes Manage project scope change through defined PMO change management processes Completion and filing of project documentation Active promotion and realization of the benefits and value associated with project delivery and professional service delivery in particular Earn the trust of key customer contacts through demonstrated expertise, high quality delivery, and candid insight Actively seeking opportunities to expand value to the customer within current scope and through proposal of project extensions and additional projects To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: Demonstrated execution of detail-oriented processes and self-organizational skills A Minimum of 3+ years professional Project Management experience A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education/experience Experience with Office 365 products An ability to study and interpret data Excellent written and verbal communication Advanced knowledge about project management methodologies A PMP certification preferred or the desire to pursue certification Experience with a Professional Services Automation tool (FinancialForce, Mavenlink, Kimble, OpenAir PSA) is a plus. The role focuses on process improvement, workflow management, metrics tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure recruitment projects and programs run efficiently, enabling the recruitment team to meet hiring goals. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Operations Management Work closely with Recruitment, Compliance, HR, ICT, and wider Business teams to drive cross-functional projects. Support employer branding projects specific to talent attraction, in collaboration with the marketing team. You will be required to support with the creation of global offer agreements, acting as a key contributor within the operations team. Support change management activities, communications, and training aligned to TA, project and compliance initiatives. Experience with recruitment technology platforms (Greenhouse & Workday, CRM, automation tools). Coordinate end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes for IT hiring projects. Monitor recruiting operations to ensure adherence to timelines, compliance, and internal policies. Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, interview ratios, etc.) and prepare dashboards for leadership. Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience. Assist in documentation and audit of recruiting activities for compliance and data privacy. Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables between the recruiting team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR operations. Program & Process Support Maintain and organize recruiting process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Assist with budget tracking for recruiting initiatives and events. Support employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruiting programs logistics. Act as a primary point of contact for operational questions or escalations regarding recruiting processes. General Project Coordination Prepare regular status updates and reports for HR/recruitment leadership. Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure recruiting projects are delivered on schedule. Support implementation and rollout of new recruiting technologies, systems, or platform enhancements. Coordinate logistics for recruiting programs, events, and internal meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field. 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or project management (IT or technical recruitment experience a plus). Familiarity with recruiting technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR data reporting tools. Experience in workflow/process management and operational efficiency. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
