The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times. The Manufacturing Technician I will assemble products by using a variety of specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices. Work with Manufacturing Lead and/or Specialist to ensure customer demand and the production schedules are met. Participate in basic problem-solving activities to ensure stable operation of the work cell. Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Manufacturing Lead or Production Supervisor. Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work. Participate in DBS concepts and continuous improvement activities within designated work area. Sustain 5S activities by maintaining a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Participate as an active member of the production team and assist in product processing. Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company's Quality System. Complete required documentation relating to regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Minimum Education & Experience: • High school diploma or some work experience. • Ability to read and follow documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions. • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications. • Ability to work with others collaboratively. Preferred: • GMP knowledge • Medical device manufacturing experience. • MicroProduct experience • Ability to analyze and solve problems. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to work in areas that may contain adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes. • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands at arm's length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and twist. • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Ability to observe and inspect small parts over extended periods of time • Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision. • Must be willing and able to conform to controlled environments with regard to apparel and personal hygiene.

Manage and execute capital and operational projects across multiple facilities, coordinating with supply chain and vendors to ensure efficient and compliant facility upgrades. | Bachelor's degree, 5+ years project management in facilities or supply chain infrastructure, knowledge of warehouse operations and building systems, proficiency with project management tools, and willingness to travel. | Job Title: Facilities Services Project Manager Location: Midtown Drive, FL (Statewide travel required) Duration: 12 Months Schedule: Monday - Thursday in-office; Friday remote 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility Position Summary • The Facilities Services Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing capital and operational projects across 14 gas utility facilities throughout Florida. • This role serves as the link between facilities services and supply chain operations, ensuring warehouse improvements, equipment installations, infrastructure upgrades, and vendor integrations are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business goals. • The Project Manager will coordinate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and field operations to ensure facilities support the reliable delivery of gas utility services. • The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, a background in facilities operations, and an understanding of supply chain processes within the utility or energy sector. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution • Lead planning and execution of facility-related projects, including warehouse redesigns, material handling equipment (MHE) installations, HVAC upgrades, office build-outs, and site improvements. • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and closeout. • Align facilities upgrades with supply chain performance objectives such as inventory flow, safety stock management, and material handling efficiency. Supply Chain & Facilities Integration • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize warehouse layouts, racking systems, safety protocols, and material storage practices. • Support distribution and logistics functions through facility readiness, space planning, and dock/yard operations improvements. • Drive standardization of facility operations across all 14 sites to ensure consistency and scalability. Vendor & Contractor Management • Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers for construction, maintenance, and service agreements. • Oversee bidding processes, contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. • Monitor contractor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. Regulatory Compliance & Safety • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes, environmental regulations, OSHA standards, and industry guidelines. • Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to maintain safety standards across all project phases. Budgeting & Reporting • Manage project budgets, track and forecast costs, and identify opportunities for savings. • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in facilities or supply chain infrastructure, preferably in a utility, industrial, or logistics environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed locations. • Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations. • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, security, etc.). • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore). • Strong organizational, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills. • Willingness to travel within Florida (up to 20%).
