Additionally, this role will provide architectural and technical support to Maintenance teams through the implementation and management of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Architect and maintain integrations for PDM, PLM, and CAD tools to support R&D and Engineering workflows. Provide technical leadership and support for CMMS platforms used by Maintenance teams Participates in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), tests and validates various system programs and/or software to support quality control practices. Supports the refinement of internal processes and procedures Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and lifecycle management for engineering and maintenance tools. Create design documents, perform impact analysis for application changes and work on project delivery teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions. Ensure system compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Manage vendor relationships and license transitions for supported platforms. Support predictive maintenance initiatives and MES-based CMMS use cases. Partner with FP&A, accounting, tax and other key business stakeholders to consistently improve cash reporting and forecasting accuracy and provide support on special projects. Analyze global cash footprint, understand inflows /outflows and develop/ execute cash repatriation and optimization opportunities. Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiencies in cash forecasting and management processes. Ensure that efficient and cost-effective funding as well as banking services are available to the business, develop and support banking initiatives. Support Treasury management in special projects including presentations to various stakeholders, capital markets initiatives and other. Execute and manage the accounts receivable factoring program and monitor performance. Proactively manage various FX exposures and support reporting and forecasting these exposures. Manage funding requests across currencies, execute forward contracts or spot trades and monitor performance. Support management of debt, interest and insurance renewals.
