The Healthcare Recruiter helps develop and build relationships; coordinates, and fills staffing opportunities for client facilities while serving as the primary contact for external candidates and field employees. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the details required to place providers in locum tenens assignments, ensuring a rewarding experience for all parties involved. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team and various departments to coordinate housing, travel, and credentialing updates. | Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary software are essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills. | SUMMARY Scheduling Coordinators, working closely with the sales teams, are responsible for all of the details required to get a provider to a locum tenens assignment and make that assignment a rewarding experience for the provider, the client, and their patients. RESPONSIBILITIES Supports VISTA’s scheduling process in close collaboration with a Scheduling Director. Provides backup to all members of the team as necessary. Handles correspondence for sales team in an efficient, accurate and professional manner. Ensures that all of the details involved in placing providers in temporary assignments are accomplished according to company guidelines, and in an efficient, proactive manner. Communicates with providers throughout process of preparation for assignment to ensure that all that is needed is provided and all questions have been answered to inspire confidence and satisfaction with VISTA. Provides excellent customer service via telephone, email, fax, and written correspondence. Handles incoming calls with confidence and courtesy, and make outgoing calls promptly when necessary. Coordinates housing, travel, and rental car requests with the Travel Department. Coordinates hospital credentialing updates with the Credentialing/Privileging Department. Coordinates licensing updates with the Licensing Department. Works efficiently with Windows-based computer applications including Word and Excel, and demonstrates the ability to quickly master VISTA’s proprietary computer application. Prioritizes work using the VISTA application, and maintains complete, accurate records of all activities. Performs additional duties as requested by management REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE A minimum of a high school diploma. Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software. Ability and willingness to cover interim staffing gaps. Willingness to expand working knowledge of the locum tenens business and stay informed about market and competitive issues through research and professional networking. Direct and oversee clinical cath lab services including site launches, staff management, quality programs, audits, and clinician education. | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years clinical cath lab experience with active certifications, 5 years management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. | SUMMARY The Field Operations Manager directs, develops, and oversees clinical services supporting the goals and objectives for the service line including, quality management, information technology, financial performance, staffing and regulatory compliance. The Field Operations Manager also supports sales efforts through performing site assessments and leads the implementation of interventional cardiology service lines. RESPONSIBILITIES Supports sales efforts through sales visits and by performing site assessments Develops and executes implementation plans for new site launches or new cath lab launches at existing sites On-going site management and strategic development Interviews, evaluates, and selects cath lab staff and service line directors for new and existing sites Monitors and manages ongoing performance of cath lab staff and service line directors Assists client sites with set-up and execution of quality management programs, such as NCDR Performs audits of charge capture and billing practices for client sites and makes recommendations for improvements Provides front line clinician education at customer sites for nurses and techs in cath lab, as well as across the service line in prep- recovery and ICU/stepdown.
