Support and maintain the time and attendance system, perform data edits, generate reports, and assist end users. | Experience with enterprise HR software, strong customer support skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. | HR Time Management Analyst - REMOTE 12 Months Supports the Time and Attendance system for the North America employee population, serving approximately 15k end users. Provides end-user support, completes all historical time edits, and executes time file close procedures in support of payroll close cycles. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain incoming request in Service Now ticket system. • Complete historical edits for pay, attendance and leave. • Complete accrual updates requested by HR. • Generate and create ad hoc reports as requested. • Complete mass group edits as needed. • Troubleshoot access issues sent in by employee, managers. • Pay period close procedures - Sign off and process SAP timefiles for Payroll. • Keep necessary documentation to stay SOX compliant. • Maintain queries from call center phones. • Be the liaison between HR and Superusers for enhancements. • Works with end users and provide training as needed. • Performs audits. Lead the design, governance, and integration of finance and accounting data systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and support for reporting and analysis. | Over 12 years of experience in finance or data functions, with strong knowledge of financial systems, GAAP/IFRS, and data governance, and proficiency in SQL and data analysis. | Functional Data Domain Lead – Finance & Accounting (Stat reporting GAP reporting General Ledger) Boston, MA and New York (Hybrid 3 to 4 days/week) The Functional Data Domain Lead – Finance & Accounting will be responsible for defining, governing, and advancing the Finance and Accounting data domain. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, and Technology teams to ensure financial and operational data is accurate, consistent, and readily available for reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
