Job Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager/Configuration Manager, you would help coordinate teams of architects, analysts, developers, and designers to support multiple engagements via Change and Release management. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the customer POCs, development project managers and O&M project managers along with various contributing members of the development organization, advising and engaging the client on key operational and strategic priorities, tracking, and supporting completion of high-quality deliverables, and assisting with team management tasks. Required Skills: 10+ years of management experience. 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects. 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT / software projects, preferably utilizing Agile/SAFe methodology. 3+ years of experience in leading multiple teams. Bachelor's degree in technology related field or business. 1+ years of experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow. US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position). Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
