Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Weekend Warrior - Nassau County Pay Rate: $68/hr. - $89/hr. (Experience based range) We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. Providers will be required to work in our Nassau County Region Weekend Warriors must be flexible to work any of the following scheduling combinations to be considered: ~Friday, Saturday & Sunday ~Saturday, Sunday & Monday ~Saturday & Sunday Our Weekend Warriors work 24 hours per week and receive full time pay (at 32 hours per week) and are bonus, PTO and benefit eligible! Shifts may be scheduled in 8 hours, 12 hours, or 16 hours. Shifts may include 12p-12a shifts. $30/hr. Night shift differential from 8p-12a! Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for all financial reporting and variance analysis for assigned markets including preparation of quarterly Board of Director materials. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the SFA will provide executive management support for Regional Presidents as well as manage budget/forecast related questions from internal and external stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Training Supervisors, including work assignments, organizing workflow, and providing feedback and coaching. • Set performance goals and deadlines for the Training Supervisors, Training Specialists, and Training Coaches (in collaboration with Operations leaders) that align with the Company’s vision, mission, core values and business goals. • Monitor team member productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. • Supervises team members, setting priorities, making decisions about workflow and staff performance. • Oversee clinical training program development, determining the training strategy, ensuring compliance with organization and Joint Venture requirements. • Guides training specialists in delivering consistent, effective programs. • Lead Training Specialists to develop and deliver GoHealth-specific EMR and clinical training programs. • Lead Training Specialists to optimize new hire training program by overseeing the development and analysis of knowledge assessments, training performance evaluations and reaction surveys. • Direct and support Training Specialists to facilitate and lead GoHealth Culture Orientation, coordinating with operations leaders as necessary. • Facilitate set up and assist in development, oversite and maintenance of the operational and educational resources including Staff Resource Hub, Provider Resource Hub, Provider wiki and Education Bulletin for each joint venture. • Monitor completion of staff competency assessments and ensure the necessary follow up training support is provided in partnership with Operations Team and the Learning Team. • Conduct and lead course evaluation and assess continuous improvement needs for training programs in partnership with operations and the Learning Team. • Partner with Training Specialists to develop and facilitate center staff training for new operational workflow/processes or new business development projects. • Facilitate and lead team meetings with Training Specialists for timely communication of information, optimization of training curriculum and delivery and sharing of best practices for training standard operating procedures. • Partner with Learning Management System (LMS) Administrators in implementing courses related to staff education. • Facilitate self-paced e-learning material as the subject matter expert.
