Your role in our mission • Lead one or more Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Iteration planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). • Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables. • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to track metrics and recommend improvements. • Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure stakeholder alignment. • Mentor junior team members and promote Agile maturity. • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive reporting and updates. • Translate program objectives into actionable milestones. What we're looking for • 6+ years of project management experience; 3+ years in Medicaid/Medicare preferred. • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. • Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Azure DevOps, and/or MS Project. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. In this fully remote role, you’ll review Medicaid drug rebate payments, identify disputes, and negotiate resolutions with manufacturers—helping ensure accurate reimbursements and support critical healthcare funding.Your role in our mission As a Drug Rebate Analyst, you will: Contact pharmacies and medical providers to verify claims data.
