Summary The Principal, Program Management at Gainwell Technologies leads complex, multi-stakeholder programs by overseeing project planning, documentation, risk management, and client communications. This role ensures deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline standards while coordinating across teams and executives. It requires strong experience in project management, pharmacy or PBM operations, and proficiency in tools such as MS Office, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of project management experience. • 2+ years in pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management (PBM). • Proficiency in project management methodologies and assurance practices. • Strong skills in project planning, control, and resource management. • Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts related to project delivery. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access). • Experience with SQL queries, Tableau, and Power BI. • Familiarity with quality management and delivery assurance standards. • Experience with productivity tools that improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
