In this role, you will apply healthcare knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer service expertise to resolve issues efficiently while supporting improved health and human services outcomes.Your role in our mission This is an important position in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Handle inquiries related to healthcare and insurance programs, resolving routine and moderately complex issues independently. Research, analyze, and respond to provider questions, appeals, and escalations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Process multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting productivity, quality, and timeliness standards. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, business rules, and applicable industry and legal regulations. Collaborate with peers and leadership to escalate complex issues and support continuous process improvement. What we're looking for 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare, insurance, or related administrative or support role. Strong customer service and professional communication skills, including telephone support. Ability to follow written policies, procedures, and guidelines while providing feedback to leadership. Proficiency with operating systems and business applications in a structured environment. Strong organizational, time-management, and independent work skills. What you should expect in this role Full-time, 100% remote (work-from-home) position. Video camera usage required for interviews and during the initial week of orientation. Reliable high-speed internet required (minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload; higher speeds recommended).
